Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellation Policy

1. Custom-Made, Made-to-Order Products

All wheels sold by Crown Forged Wheels LLC are custom-made or made to order according to the customer's requested specifications. These specifications may include wheel diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, finish, color, design, and vehicle-specific fitment requirements.

Our wheels are manufactured specifically for each customer's vehicle and order. They are not standard, off-the-shelf products and may not be suitable for resale to another customer.

By placing an order and submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the wheels are being manufactured specifically for their vehicle and according to the specifications approved for that order.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers must submit any cancellation request in writing within 24 hours of placing their order. Crown Forged Wheels LLC may, at its discretion, consider requests received within 48 hours, provided production has not begun and the order has not progressed beyond a stage at which cancellation is reasonably possible.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled. Custom manufacturing may involve engineering, material allocation, machining, finishing, labor, and other production commitments that cannot be reversed without significant loss.

Cancellation requests received after the applicable cancellation window, or after production has begun, will not be accepted.

Submitting a cancellation request does not constitute approval of the request. Customers must receive written confirmation from Crown Forged Wheels LLC for any approved cancellation.

3. No Returns or Refunds on Custom Orders

All custom-made and made-to-order wheels are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by Crown Forged Wheels LLC.

Because each order is manufactured to the customer's specific vehicle and requested specifications, Crown Forged Wheels LLC cannot accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, changes vehicles, or decides they no longer wish to proceed with the purchase.

Once the applicable cancellation period has expired and the order has entered production, the customer is responsible for the purchase according to the original order agreement.

4. Order Changes and Modifications

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order specifications before production begins, including vehicle application, wheel size, width, offset, bolt pattern, finish, color, and other custom requirements.

Requests to change specifications after an order has been approved may not be possible. Once manufacturing has begun, Crown Forged Wheels LLC cannot guarantee that any changes, modifications, or substitutions can be accommodated.

Any approved changes must be confirmed in writing by Crown Forged Wheels LLC and may result in additional charges, production delays, or other costs.

5. Resale of Custom Wheels

Due to the specialized nature of custom wheel manufacturing, Crown Forged Wheels LLC does not guarantee that canceled or unwanted wheels can be resold to another customer.

A wheel's resale potential depends on numerous factors, including vehicle application, dimensions, fitment, design, finish, and color. Customers acknowledge that these custom specifications may make the wheels unsuitable for other vehicles.

The possibility of resale does not entitle a customer to cancel an order or receive a refund.

6. Manufacturing Defects and Incorrect Orders

This policy does not eliminate any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

If a customer believes their wheels have a manufacturing defect or that the products delivered do not conform to the approved order specifications, they must contact Crown Forged Wheels LLC in writing and provide supporting documentation and photographs where appropriate.

Each claim will be reviewed individually and addressed in accordance with applicable law and any applicable written warranty.

7. Customer Acknowledgment

By submitting payment for an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• The wheels are custom-made or made to order for the customer's specific vehicle and approved specifications.
• The customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details before production.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted within the applicable cancellation window and are subject to production status and written approval.
• Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed to in writing.
• Custom-made wheels are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds except as required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing.
• Changes to the order may not be possible after production begins.
